Ecumenical Peace Pilgrimage in Israel-Palestine
Invitation to take part in a chain of prayer and light
April 4, 2002

Pax Christi International, the International Fellowship of Reconciliation and
a network of non-violent communities have organized an ecumenical peace
pilgrimage to take place in Israel  Palestine from April 8-15, 2002 at the
invitation from Christian churches of Jerusalem and from Israeli and
Palestinian peace and human rights groups. Deeply concerned about the tragic
situation marked by violence and suffering of the Palestinian and Israeli
people, the pilgrimage will be a sign of solidarity, encouragement and hope

The delegation includes: Fr. Paul Lansu (Pax Christi International), Hildegard
Goss-Mayr (International Fellowship of Reconciliation), Soeur Minke of
Grandchamp for religious communities and ecumenical aspects, Clemens
Ronnefeldt for the German-speaking and Christian Renoux for the
French-speaking pilgrims.

and light from April 8-15, 2002
