Building on the momentum of the Presbyterian General Assembly a couple of weeks ago, we are now in Austin for the 79th General Convention of the Episcopal Church! We’re working alongside many other allies including, the Episcopal Peace Fellowship-Palestine Israel Network (EPF-PIN), the American Friends Service Committee, the U.S. Campaign for Palestinian Rights, American Muslims for Palestine, and the Interfaith Community for Palestinian Rights-Austin to mobilize the Church in solidarity with Palestinians.

Palestinian Christians call for the Episcopal Church to take action.

We’re looking forward to how the week unfolds and will keep you updated! We invite you to follow EPF-PIN on Facebook and Twitter for regular updates and developments as well as the hashtags #GC79, #Divest, and #UnOccupy.

Also check out EPF-PIN’s toolkit with various resources to support educational efforts on Palestine in faith-based communities and ways to take action.
